Yes, water bill, Indah Water bill, internet bill are included in the monthly rental. Except aircond electricity bill is paid according to individual usage. We have separate meter for each room.

Yes, internet is provided. Speed is 100Mbps

The aircond usage rate is RM0.50 per kWh.

The fee is including the service for the aircond when the aircond usage reaches certain threshold.

For 1 Horse Power aircond, the average usage is 1kW per hour. If tenant uses 6 hours per day for 30 days, with RM 0.50 per kWh:

6 hours X 30 days X RM0.50 = RM90 per month (estimation only)

Kitchen: Induction cooker, water dispenser with hot water, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine

Toilet: Water heater

Room: Study table, study chair, wardrobe, mattress, bed frame, window blind/curtain and aircond

The frequency depends on the occupancy rate of the unit, refer to the table below. You may request for room cleaning too for free by booking with us 1 day before the cleaning schedule.

Occupancy < 50% - 1 time per month.

Occupancy >= 50% - 2 times per month.

OCcupancy >= 75% - 4 times per monht.

Yes you may move out during the 1st year tenancy, but your deposit will be forfeited. You may also find a replacement and move in immediately once you check out, then we will fully refund the 3 months deposit. However, after the completion of 1st year tenancy, you may move out anytime by giving us 2 months notice in advance.

No, we don't give additional discount if rental is paid in advance. But you only need to pay for 2 months deposit instead of 3 months.

For short term rental 3 to 6 months, we will charge additional RM100 per month on top of the monthly rental.

Yes, you will need to pay RM100 processing fee. This is for us to prepare the condo access card for you.
